Airtel Broadband works on DSL Technology which is much secure and faster. DSL also allows having the internet connected as soon as you log into your computer. You can use your telephone connection too simultaneously when you browse your internet. This means you do not have to wait till a call is over or have a disconnection when you get an incoming call on the landline.
The speed is considered to be overall good. However, most critics proclaim the connection is provided to resident homes close to the main road. Airtel does not cover inner roads which is ridiculous as the interior roads often contain homes and the main roads contain commercial establishments.

Airtel Broadband Services are available in Koramangala, Indira Nagar, Basavangudi, RT Nagar, Airport Road, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Vijay Nagar, Banaswadi, Banshankari, Rajaji Nagar, Cox Town, Richmond Street, Majestic, MG Road, HAL, Electronic City, ITPL, KR Puram and other neighbouring areas. However, do not expect to get an internet connection from Airtel Broadband if your house is in an interior area.
