Though the life of s/w engieer is far opposite than shown, it has been fun wathcing this video.

Such things are becoming a common site in most of the IT companies in India cos of the slow down in the US. We do not have any projects and might be on bench for the next 6 months. 2009 hopefully should be a better year.

My HR are showing this video and recuring the people.
After joining in this company,you cant find any enjoyment other than creating new vedios like this when they have positions. I am the one in this company. This is diffent HR polacy..

PM/DM dosent know anything…only smoking n smoking…

Head of DM always taking long meetings without agenda and without action items….

my TL is only TL…but doent have any rights for TL nor he leads team. (he only became TL bcoz of Head of DM have common things in them – “rubissh talking”)

self proclaimed lady(2) leads always talk rubissh about “saas-bahu” matters…
