Magento Sales Report Empty – How to Fix

Magento Refresh Statistics

Magento is a great CMS with excellent features and a stable e-commerce platform. However, there are hurdles we face which can take up a lot of time to identify and resolve.

Sometimes when you try to pull sales reports from the backend Dashboard, it would turn up empty reports. Sometimes, only the last month report would show up when you try to pull one or two year reports. The fix is quite simple.

To make Magento load all the reports, go to your dashboard, choose Reports > Refresh Statistics.

Once you choose this, you will find a table with a list of reports that can be refreshed. Select “Orders” row, choose “Refresh Lifetime Statistics” and submit it.

Now go back to your reports and try creating a report with a timeframe. The reports will now load all data for the timeline you provided.
